Director - PMS & Operations

Mr. Tushar Jagani is a dynamic, pragmatic and Global Civil Engineer with 19 years of impeccable experience in sundry fields such as Construction Management, Quality Assurance and Business Strategic Initiatives in Industrial, Commercial and Residential Projects. Thorough and in-depth theoretical as well as practical experience in varied provinces like Site Administration, Manpower Planning and Resource Management. A proven leader in providing direction to teams, planning, managing, and overseeing all Business Proposals, Client Relationship Management and Vendor Management. Constantly leveraging diverse methodologies to bring about a reduction in costs, optimization of resources, and enhancement of quality and revenue generation. A self-achiever and persevering individual with a solution oriented, performance driven and adapting attitude.

Chinkal Jagani
Director - Finance & Administration

Chinkal Jagani has done her graduation in B-Com (Bachelor in Commerce) & M-Com (Master in Commerce) & she bring along with relevant experience in finance control & Administration.

She is a committed and well-motivated person who aspires to hold a position where she will be able to interact with people on a daily basis. With very good communication skills, a clear and friendly voice, reliable and highly motivated, able to offer a polite assistance.

Jasmin Patel
Director - strategy & administration

A Computer Science Engineering graduate with expertise in Artificial Intelligence. His profession zeal has helped the company achieve many objectives. Currently pursuing a research-based master's from the University of Windsor and working as a Graduate Teaching Assistance for Data Structure and Algorithms at the same University.

Mr. Pankaj Patel has 25 years practiced Graduate civil Engineer with post-graduation in Project Management. He has rich experience in Project Management for Industrial and commercial construction includes Chemicals, Cement, Float Glass, Textiles, Power, Infrastructure and commercial Projects.

He is a competent, expressive and qualified creature with buildup Skills in Project Management, Design , Preparation, Execution of Project, Contracts & Tendering, Planning, good Organizing, negotiating, Financial viability, Budget & Costing, General Conceptual & Detail Engineering, Quality Assurance & Quality Control, Site management & Administration, Safety Regulations, Leadership and adequate experience in Administration and Management to achieve the highest possible standard for any Project undertaken in an organization of high repute.

Highly motivated and resourceful with ability to diagnose and solve Problems recognize the benefits to be gained from effective teamwork and commitment to quality through improvement.

Kavit Dave

Kavit Dave is a practicing Chartered Accountant and has done Masters in Operations and having 8+ years of varied experience in all areas of Audit, Investigation, Due diligence, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Management Consultancy, FEMA and Information System Audit in the field of finance and accounts. He is a founder of Kavit Dave & CO with a demonstrated history of delivering value added financial solutions to clients.

He works closely with Company’s Board members for taking strategic and administrative decisions. His experience in commercial and finance a field helps Company to grow in right direction.

Kalpesh Patel

Kalpesh Patel is Qualified Engineer with expertise in Quantity Surveying with over 20 years of experience in construction projects.

He brings along with over 20 years of experience in the Building and Engineering Construction Industry, has the expertise in Development and Construction Cost Management on Building, Civil, and Industrial Engineering Projects.

He is an expert in quantity Surveying & Costing matters relating to Building, Civil, and Engineering Projects. He is concerned with cost and contract administration from inception to closeout stage.
